Requesting a withdrawal, step by step

Ways to pause or stop playing

Questions about cashing out
How long does the Ritzo KYC check take?
Up to 72 hours once every requested document has arrived, with the KYC Department working Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+3). The finance department can postpone a withdrawal for further checks, and the Risk Department may ask for video verification.
Why might a withdrawal be held back?
Verification may still be open, or your real-balance bets may be under three times the deposit. In that case up to 10% can be withheld, or the request refused until you finish wagering. Withdrawing a deposit you never played is refused outright. Once you request a withdrawal, unused bonuses can no longer be activated.
Can I close my Ritzo account?
Yes. Send your reason by e-mail to [email protected]; a request through chat will not be actioned. If you close it because of gambling addiction, you agree never to open a new account on the site.
Who cannot open an account?
Anyone under 18 or under the legal gambling age where they live, and residents of the countries on the T&C list, which includes Canada (Ontario). Gambling must not be prohibited where you live, so check the law there. Each person may hold one account.
