Ritzo welcome bonus questions
Which deposit reaches the top figure of a Ritzo welcome step?
A deposit of C$150 or more at that step. Anything less lands on a smaller tier, and the lowest tier starts at C$15 on the first three deposits, C$25 on the fourth and C$75 on the fifth.
Are the welcome free spins wager-free?
Mostly. Wagering applies to two sets only: 1st-deposit spins on C$150 or more need 37x, and the 50 spins in the cheapest 3rd-deposit tier need 45x. Whatever a welcome spin wins is capped at C$75, and each batch must be activated within 24 hours.
Do I need a code for any welcome step?
No. None of the five welcome offers shows a code. The bonus arrives with the qualifying deposit, and you activate it under Account / My Bonuses.
What happens if I withdraw before completing the five-deposit package?
The remaining welcome bonuses are no longer available to you, and an unused bonus can't be activated after the request. If wagering isn't finished, the bonus money and its winnings are removed and only the rest of the balance can be withdrawn.
Can I play live dealer or table games with a welcome bonus?
No. Jackpots, table games and live dealer games are off-limits while a bonus is active, and the general bonus terms list more games you can't play with one.
Who gets the new-player insurance?
Newly registered players who complete at least two deposits. For the first week's insurance, both deposits have to fall in the first week after registration. The whole promotion is limited to your first 21 days after registration.
