Questions at the Ritzo club desk

Are Ritzo comp points and coins the same thing?

No. Comp points come from real-money bets on eligible slots: 1 for every C$20 wagered. Coins are the Bonus Shop currency: 1 for every C$1500 in bets, plus 5% of each deposit.

When do the Ritzo reload bonuses unlock?

After your 5th deposit. The Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and weekend offers each need a minimum of 5 deposits, allow one claim per day they run, and can't be combined with other promotions.

What is the Ritzo bonus code STREAK?

It is the code for the Tuesday Free Spins Streak: deposit with STREAK on a Tuesday and receive 40 free spins a day for 3 consecutive days, 120 in all. No code is published for the welcome package.

Can I lose my Ritzo loyalty level?

Yes. If you go 3 months without playing, the points and levels you have built up may be cancelled. Each level reward can also be claimed only once per level.

Which games don't earn comp points?

Neither table games nor live casino qualify: comp points come from real-money slots only.

Is the Ritzo loyalty club the VIP program?

Yes. Ritzo presents the 101-level loyalty program as its VIP program. The rewards it shows are the stage free spins in the table above, and the current rules for your level sit on the level card in your account.
